$1,000: Direct Hire Roles

$500: Contract and/or Contract-to-Hire Roles/Internal ACS Roles

• The ACS Professional Staffing Referral Bonus Program is effective February 21, 2024.
• The person referred must be hired by ACS Professional Staffing or placed at a client by ACS Professional Staffing and work a minimum of 90 calendar days to receive your referral bonus.
• Both active ACS Professional Staffing employees and non-employees can participate in our bonus program.
• Unlimited referral bonuses are allowed per person. 

THE FINE PRINT

To qualify for the ACS Professional Staffing Bonus Program your referral(s) must be new and cannot be in our candidate database. Your referral(s) must be hired by ACS Professional Staffing or placed at a client by ACS Professional Staffing within 1 year of the referral and work a minimum of 90 calendar days to receive your referral bonus. Referral bonuses will be paid one time per referral. Each referral is subject to a one-time payment, and the referred candidate may not be referred again.

For employees that have worked for ACS Professional Staffing within the calendar year, payment for the referral bonus will be paid on the following payroll cycle after the referral bonus is earned. For non-employees, payment for the referral will be paid within 30 days after the referral bonus is earned. For non-employees, payment will be made via an accounts payable check and a 1099-MISC will be sent at the end of the year for all referral payments received in the year.
